Pinnacle Medical Products LLC was founded in May 2021 by Ryan Speidel, MSN, MBA, RN, NE-BC. We are a nurse-owned medical device product company dedicated to creating innovative solutions to complex, widespread healthcare issues in order to revolutionize patient care delivery. Nursing is the backbone of healthcare, and the ever-growing nursing shortage coupled with the ongoing pandemic has resulted in an immediate need to redefine and revolutionize the way healthcare is delivered.

Our primary focuses are pressure injury prevention in patients throughout the care spectrum and nursing staff injury reduction. Our automated patient care products are designed to decrease nursing workload while improving patient care consistency. Our mission is to improve patient and caregiver safety, ultimately improving patient outcomes while optimizing clinical staff/caregiver work processes and efficiency.

Founder and CEO:

Ryan Speidel is a registered nurse with 20 years of clinical experience in a variety of clinical settings. Ryan’s passion for nursing and patient care quality led him to create Pinnacle Medical Products in order to positively impact healthcare on a large scale. As a passionate bedside nurse and healthcare leader, Ryan draws on his extensive professional experience and clinical perspective to create products designed for nurses and other caregivers that have a tremendous impact on patient care. As a nurse leader, Ryan has first-hand knowledge of the staffing and workload challenges nursing teams face and is dedicated to supporting the needs of nurses and caregivers across the care continuum.
